the breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety of options.
the light switches did not always work properly. i asked repeatedly for a hairdryer, but it was never provided. also, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and despite requesting fresh ones, they were not delivered.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a great choice. staff were helpful and friendly. the location was also great.
I arrived and found no pillows on the bed. after the room was made up i still had to ask for towels. there was no fresh soap placed in the bathroom on any day. I had to ask for it.

The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of items (especially the fresh pastries).
The air conditioning in my Standard Double or Twin Room struggled to keep up, and the room felt stuffy during the day. One evening, I returned to find my room hadn't been serviced at all, and I had to request fresh towels from the front desk. This was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the superior double room i had booked was disappointing. there was NO comfy chair to sit in. the room design seemed for business with desk chairs. a staff member disturbed us early asking if we needed anything. cleaning required a "clean me" door label. breakfast was limited and hot food was only warm. chipped crockery, limited breakfast

inconsistent cleaningstrange smell
The room cleaning was inconsistent. For a few days, the room wasn't cleaned at all. That was unacceptable. there was a strange smell in the corridor, like a fire. It may have come from the restaurant, but it wasn't great.
